Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed radiographic procedures in outpatient surgery settings with precision and care
• Operate and optimize C-Arm imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Prepare and present images and pertinent patient information for timely interpretation
• Educate patients and families about procedures, risks, and preparations in a compassionate manner
• Perform equipment quality control checks and troubleshoot or escalate issues promptly
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Adhere to infection control, safety policies, and confidentiality requirements at all times
• Monitor inventory and supplies to support uninterrupted clinical services and efficient workflow
• Collaborate with imaging, nursing, and medical staff to deliver excellent patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification required
• State radiology licensure (Minnesota) if applicable; ability to obtain prior to start
• Certificate or diploma from an accredited radiology program
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical radiology experience (per posting)
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and professional conduct
• Ability to stand, lift as required per facility policy, and perform direct patient care duties

Education

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited school of Radiology program

Knowledge & Skills

• Radiographic imaging techniques and protocols
• C-Arm operation and intraoperative imaging support
• Interventional and invasive procedure support (as applicable)
• Equipment quality control and basic troubleshooting
• Infection control and patient safety practices
• Accurate medical documentation and regulatory compliance
• Patient education and compassionate bedside manner
• Inventory management and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
