Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and clinical support within your allied specialty
- Perform accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
- Prioritize patient experience by communicating clearly and compassionately
- Adapt quickly to unit workflows and help maintain efficient daily operations
Qualifications
- Current state licensure or certification relevant to your allied specialty
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in an allied health role (as indicated in the posting)
- Current BLS/CPR certification or equivalent required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to travel and work on a contract assignment; flexible to meet shift needs
Education
- Associate degree, diploma, or relevant certification in an allied health field (or equivalent clinical training)
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient clinical skills in your allied discipline
- Comfortable with electronic health records and accurate documentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Knowledge of infection prevention and patient safety best practices
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced hospital environment
