Shift Type: Evening/Mid shifts with every-other-weekend rotation; weekend availability required. Specific start/end times vary by facility and will be provided by the hiring team.
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic CT scans using GE 64-slice VCT equipment
- Prioritize patient safety and comfort while following radiation safety protocols
- Prepare patients for procedures, verify clinical history and contraindications, and obtain accurate scan parameters
- Review images for technical quality and flag studies for radiologist interpretation
- Maintain clear, timely documentation in the imaging record and communicate findings to the care team as needed
- Complete required competency exams and the Prime Skills Checklist to demonstrate proficiency
- Support mid/ evening coverage and reliably staff every-other-weekend rotations
- Adhere to all infection control, vaccination, and screening requirements as part of credentialing
Qualifications
- DCI/BVP certification (required)
- Experience operating GE 64-slice VCT scanners (explicitly required)
- Prior CT technologist experience with mid/evening shifts and weekend rotations
- Ability to pass Prime Core Competencies Exam and Prime Skills Checklist
- Successful completion of required pre-employment screenings (drug screen, TB testing, vaccination requirements)
- Traveler-friendly mindset and adaptability to a long-term assignment
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of CT imaging protocols and cross-sectional anatomy
- Familiarity with GE VCT platform and image acquisition/post-processing
- Radiation safety principles and patient shielding best practices
- Skilled patient positioning and contrast administration procedures
- Clear communication and teamwork with radiologists, nurses, and support staff
- Detail-oriented documentation and image quality assessment
