Shift Type: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM Day (4x10-hour schedule) with a rotating day off; on-call: one primary weekday and one backup weekday per month, plus one weekend every 6 weeks (alternating primary/backup)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures safely and efficiently
• Operate Siemens imaging equipment and PACS to capture high-quality diagnostic images
• Provide excellent patient care and comfort throughout procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records, charting in EPIC when available
• Prepare and manage vascular access including central venous access and PICC lines
• Assist with a wide range of procedures including biopsies, embolization, stent placement, thoracentesis, and paracentesis
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and advanced practice providers as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Respond to call assignments promptly and professionally when scheduled

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in interventional radiology
• ARRT certification required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Proficiency with Siemens imaging systems; PACS experience required
• Experience with EPIC preferred
• Comfort working in outpatient and ICU settings and participating in on-call rotations
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required per facility guideline

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of interventional radiology procedures and vascular interventions
• Hands-on experience with central venous access, port placement, and PICC care
• Proficient use of PACS and image management workflows
• Familiarity with EPIC charting and electronic medical record best practices
• Skilled in using Siemens imaging equipment and C-arm operation
• Competence in contrast administration and managing patient safety during procedures
• Ability to support complex procedures: embolization, angioplasty, stent placement, biopsies, thoracentesis, paracentesis
