Shift Type: Days: To be confirmed, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM day shift
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to residents, helping with activities of daily living
- Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning to promote comfort and function
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and resident observations
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families to enhance quality of life
Qualifications
- Current GNA certification (required)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in long-term care or geriatric settings helpful
- Current CPR/BLS preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication, patience, and a team-oriented attitude
Education
- GNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic nursing assistant skills and resident care techniques
- Knowledge of safe patient handling and infection control practices
- Ability to document care accurately and follow care plans
- Good observational skills to notice and report clinical changes
- Comfortable working with older adults, including those with dementia
