Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality radiographic imaging in a Level II trauma facility with attention to patient safety
• Operate fluoroscopy equipment when permitted and follow safety protocols
• Chart accurately and efficiently in EPIC EMR to ensure clear patient records
• Float between outpatient imaging and inpatient settings to support clinical needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide timely imaging for acute and trauma patients
• Maintain equipment, ensure proper infection control, and follow departmental policies

Qualifications

• Current full Certificate of Radiologic Technology (CRT) issued by the California Department of Health Services
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Fluoroscopy permit required
• Experience using EPIC EMR for charting and image documentation
• Ability and willingness to float between outpatient imaging and the main hospital
• At least 2 years of acute care experience preferred
• Previous successful completion of travel assignments is a plus

Education

• Current Certificate of Radiologic Technology (CRT) — State of California

• Radiography/X-ray techniques and image acquisition
• Fluoroscopy operation and safety
• EPIC EMR proficiency for imaging documentation
• Outpatient and hospital imaging workflows
• Acute care and trauma imaging protocols
• Strong patient communication and positioning skills
