Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients on your unit
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings in the EHR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans
- Monitor patient status, escalate concerns, and respond to emergent needs
- Educate patients and families about conditions, care plans, and discharge
- Support unit flow by assisting with admissions, transfers, and safe discharges
Qualifications
- Current, active LPN or RN license (eligible to practice in New Mexico)
- Previous acute care experience preferred; travel experience a plus
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS/PALS as applicable is a plus
- Current immunizations and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and teamwork mindset
Education
- LPN: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program (diploma or certificate)
- RN: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid patient assessment and clinical monitoring skills
- Medication administration and IV documentation (as applicable to licensure)
- Comfortable using electronic health record systems
- Infection control best practices and safe patient handling
- Clear communication with patients, families, and care teams
- Time management and prioritization during busy night shifts
