Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate non-clinical support to behavioral health programs and staff
• Coordinate routine administrative tasks to keep services running smoothly
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document encounters and program activities accurately in electronic records
• Assist with program logistics, scheduling, and resource coordination
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts and help implement best practices
• Support outreach and engagement initiatives to connect clients with services

Qualifications

• Experience working in behavioral health, social services, or related non-clinical roles preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with electronic health records and standard office software
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach to teamwork

Education

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health, or related field preferred; relevant experience will be considered

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with behavioral health service models and community resources
• Proficient documentation and record-keeping abilities
• Good time management and case coordination skills
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques for non-clinical settings
• Ability to navigate and communicate across diverse populations
