Location: High Point, NC
Shift Type: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Day shift; specific days to be confirmed by the facility)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living to help residents maintain dignity
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility while promoting independence
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
- Support safe transfers and use proper body mechanics to protect residents and yourself
- Document care accurately and timely to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Communicate clearly and kindly with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Active registration or certification in the state of practice as applicable
- Basic life support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility needs
- Ability to pass standard background checks and required health screenings
- A compassionate, patient-centered attitude and strong teamwork skills
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completed CNA training program and current CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Foundational knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
- Ability to take and document vital signs accurately
- Basic understanding of resident rights and person-centered care
- Good communication skills with residents, families, and staff
- Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
- Teamwork and collaboration within a multidisciplinary care setting
