Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and document treatments accurately
Monitor patient status and report changes to the care team
Assist with activities of daily living while promoting independence
Collaborate with nurses, therapists and support staff to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate, timely charting and adhere to facility policies
Support safe patient transfers and use proper infection control practices

Qualifications

Current LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Graduate of an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Compassionate approach to patient care and reliable attendance

Education

Diploma or certificate in Practical Nursing (LPN) from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and dose documentation
Basic assessment skills and recognition of patient changes
Charting in electronic or paper medical records
Infection prevention and safety procedures
Effective communication with patients, families and clinical teams
Time management and prioritization in a fast-paced setting
