Shift Type: Evening shifts (days vary per staffing schedule), 2:45 PM - 10:30 PM, Evening/PM shift
Hours per Week: 39
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team promptly
- Assist with safe transfers, mobility, and positioning while maintaining dignity
- Support mealtime, hygiene, and comfort needs with patience and respect
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary staff
- Contribute to a positive, person-centered environment for residents and families
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
- Authorization to work in Maine and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Comfortable working in a long-term care/rehab environment; teamwork mindset
- Successful completion of background check and required health screenings
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to resident-centered care
Education
- High school diploma or GED and completion of an accredited CNA program
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic nursing care skills and familiarity with resident ADLs
- Clear communication and documentation skills
- Ability to follow care plans and report clinical changes
- Safe patient handling and mobility assistance
- Compassion, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
- Professionalism in a fast-paced healthcare environment
