Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Support mobility, bathing, dressing, feeding, and toileting with dignity and respect
Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly
Assist with safe transfers and positioning to promote comfort and prevent falls
Document care accurately and timely to keep the team informed
Collaborate with nurses and other staff to create a warm, person-centered environment

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (CNA) — required
Comfort providing direct resident care with compassion and patience
Ability to work the assigned evening shift (2:45 PM - 10:30 PM)
Clear background and health screenings as required by facility policy

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of basic resident care and activities of daily living
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow care plans and document observations accurately
Basic infection control and safety practices
Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
