Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
• Help with safe transfers and ambulation, ensuring patient comfort and dignity
• Take and record vital signs accurately and report any changes to the care team
• Assist nursing staff with meal service and feeding as needed
• Document care provided in patient charts clearly and promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe environment while following infection control procedures
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families through respectful communication

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification — required
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Valid authorization to work in the U.S.; ability to meet facility background and health screening requirements
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
• Ability to perform physical aspects of the role, including standing, lifting, and assisting with transfers

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

• Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
• Basic vital sign measurement and observation skills
• Familiarity with charting/documentation best practices
• Infection control and safety procedures
• Teamwork, empathy, and clear communication with residents and clinical staff
• Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
