Shift Type: Days to be confirmed, 2:45 PM - 10:30 PM (Evening shift)
Hours per Week: 39
Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Assist with meals and nutrition needs while monitoring for changes in appetite
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report any concerning trends
- Support residents with activities of daily living to preserve dignity and independence
- Document care and observations clearly and promptly in the resident record
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the care team to follow care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe environment by following infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant) required
- Completion of an approved CNA training program
- Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility for adult residents
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Willingness to pass facility background checks and any required health screenings
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Successful completion of an approved CNA program required
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care techniques and safe transfer practices
- Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
- Knowledge of infection control and hand hygiene best practices
- Good documentation habits and attention to detail
- Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills with residents and families
- Teamwork and the ability to follow direction from licensed nursing staff
