Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to residents, focusing on dignity and person-centered support
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately following facility protocols
Monitor and document vital signs, clinical changes, and responses to treatment
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Perform wound care and basic procedures as appropriate to license and training
Educate residents and families about care plans, medications, and health goals
Support admissions, discharges, and smooth transitions of care

Qualifications

Current and active LPN or RN license in Massachusetts (required)
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (or willingness to obtain)
Up-to-date immunizations and ability to pass background and health screenings
Comfortable working in a long-term care/rehab environment and providing hands-on resident care
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Education

LPN diploma or RN diploma/associate degree; current Massachusetts nursing license required

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and clinical observation
Medication administration and documentation
Wound care basics and infection control practices
Electronic charting and accurate record-keeping
Time management and prioritization during busy shifts
Compassionate communication with residents, families, and team members
