Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient condition; document changes and communicate proactively with the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately with strong attention to detail
• Provide compassionate patient- and family-centered care that promotes dignity and comfort
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Perform timely, thorough documentation in the charting system and maintain accurate records
• Support unit workflows by assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed
• Serve as a reliable, adaptable travel nurse who integrates quickly into the facility culture

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state of practice or compact licensure as required)
• Current BLS/CPR certification; ACLS or specialty certifications preferred where applicable
• Travel nursing experience preferred but motivated new travel RNs are welcome
• Comfortable working 12+ hour day shifts and adapting to new facility protocols
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
• Medication administration and IV therapy competency
• Skilled in electronic charting and documentation best practices
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills for patient/family education and team collaboration
• Flexibility and professional adaptability for travel assignments
