Shift Type: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (days not specified) - Evening shift

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents, ensuring dignity and comfort
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility
Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
Support feeding and hydration needs, including safe assistance at mealtimes
Maintain accurate documentation of care and follow care plans closely
Collaborate with the care team to create a warm, safe environment for residents
Help with safe transfers and positioning to prevent falls and maintain comfort

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Ability to pass facility background checks and health screenings
Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-focused attitude
Comfort with standing, lifting and assisting residents as part of daily care

Knowledge & Skills

Basic clinical care skills and understanding of resident safety protocols
Ability to follow care plans and communicate changes to the nursing team
Good time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
Teamwork mindset and positive interpersonal skills with residents and families
Familiarity with documentation practices and attention to detail
