Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the nursing team
Provide compassionate bedside care and emotional support to residents
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
Communicate clearly with nurses, families, and other care team members
Document care activities timely and accurately in the patient record

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential in good standing
Comfortable working a day shift schedule and delivering hands-on patient care
Strong communication skills and a compassionate bedside manner
Willingness to pass required background checks and health screenings
CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an approved CNA program and current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care techniques and safe transfer/positioning practices
Ability to take and record vital signs and recognize changes
Good infection control and hygiene practices
Teamwork mindset and ability to follow care plans
Time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
