Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with compassion and clinical excellence
• Conduct individualized patient evaluations and functional assessments
• Design and implement goal-directed treatment plans to improve mobility and independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient-centered care
• Document patient progress clearly and adjust treatments based on outcomes
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Active Montana Physical Therapist license or eligible for licensure in Montana
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent clinical degree preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Demonstrated experience in patient evaluations, treatment planning, and mobility rehabilitation
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master’s in Physical Therapy or equivalent acceptable
• Completion of accredited PT program and eligibility for state licensure

Knowledge & Skills

• Physical therapy evaluation and treatment planning
• Patient-centered care and mobility rehabilitation techniques
• Skilled in patient consultations and progress documentation
• Ability to create individualized, goal-directed therapy plans
• Comfort working in outpatient/clinical settings and collaborating with care teams
