Candidate Pay Rate: $24 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility
- Perform routine vital sign checks and accurately document observations in the patient chart
- Support safe transfers and use proper body mechanics to protect residents and yourself
- Assist nursing staff with daily care plans and follow care instructions closely
- Maintain a clean, safe and respectful environment for residents
- Communicate changes in resident condition promptly to the clinical team
- Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through respectful, person-centered care
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required)
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Comfortable assisting with activities of daily living and working as part of a care team
- Strong communication skills and a caring attitude toward residents
- Ability to follow care plans and facility policies reliably
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Completion of an approved CNA training program and current CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on experience with patient hygiene, transfers and mobility support
- Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and basic charting
- Understanding of infection control and safety procedures
- Ability to observe and report changes in resident condition
- Teamwork, time management and a positive bedside manner
