Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant during the evening shift
• Assist residents with activities of daily living — bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
• Support safe transfers and positioning to prevent falls and promote comfort
• Document care accurately and maintain clear communication with interdisciplinary team members
• Help create a warm, respectful environment that preserves dignity and independence for each resident

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
• Active/state-appropriate CNA certification or ability to obtain prior to start
• Ability to work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM evening shift
• Clear background and health screenings as required by the facility
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and dedication to resident-centered care

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

• Comfortable providing direct patient care and assisting with ADLs
• Basic vital signs and observation skills with accurate reporting
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with residents and care teams
• Ability to follow care plans, safety protocols, and infection control procedures
• Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks during a busy shift
