Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
• Support safe transfers and ambulation while following facility protocols
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and interventions
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver great patient experiences

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (state licensure required) — ready to work in Pennsylvania
• CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
• Comfortable with direct patient care and basic clinical tasks
• Previous CNA experience preferred but enthusiastic new grads are welcome

Education

• High school diploma or GED required; completion of an approved CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong patient-centered communication and bedside manner
• Basic clinical skills: vital signs, ADL assistance, range-of-motion support
• Familiarity with infection control and safety procedures
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced long-term care environment
• Teamwork mindset and willingness to learn from nursing staff
