Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care for residents with dignity and respect
• Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting and feeding
• Monitor, record and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team
• Support safe mobility and fall prevention strategies during all shifts
• Maintain clean, safe patient environments and follow infection control practices
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team and residents’ families to coordinate care

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (Class: CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant)
• Ability to work assigned night shift hours (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Willingness to complete facility-required onboarding, background checks and health screenings
• Compassionate attitude and strong commitment to resident-centered care

Education

• Completion of an approved CNA training program; high school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care fundamentals and safe transfer/transfer assistance
• Vital signs measurement and basic observation/reporting
• Infection control and adherence to facility policies
• Clear, respectful communication with residents and team members
• Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks on busy shifts
