Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living
• Take and record vital signs, monitor changes, and report concerns to the nursing team
• Support safe and timely transfers, mobility assistance, and fall prevention measures
• Document resident care and observations accurately and promptly
• Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols
• Build trusting relationships with residents and families, offering dignity and respect

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential — Travel LNA (T-LNA) experience is a plus
• Eligible to work in New Hampshire and able to obtain any local certifications required
• Comfortable and experienced working night shift hours (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• Reliable, patient-focused, with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to complete facility onboarding requirements such as background checks and health screenings

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program and active LNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in resident care routines, assistance with ADLs, and safe resident handling
• Proficient in taking vital signs and recognizing changes in condition
• Clear and compassionate communication with residents, families, and the care team
• Accurate documentation and basic charting skills
• Familiarity with infection prevention and safety best practices
• Good time management and the ability to prioritize in a busy care setting
