Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide progressive care to patients with varying acuity levels
Monitor and interpret vital signs, telemetry, and other patient data
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
Perform assessments and document accurately in electronic health records

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Oncology experience preferred
ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy course completion or OCN certification preferred
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts

Knowledge & Skills

Progressive care nursing principles
Chemotherapy administration and vesicant management
Patient assessment and critical thinking
Telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
