Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care across multiple outpatient clinics including Cardiology, Endocrinology, ENT, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Pain, Primary Care, Rheumatology, Afterhours Care, and Snowmass Clinic
• Perform administrative support functions to ensure efficient clinic operations
• Work independently as the primary nurse under minimal supervision
• Float between clinics as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado (or ability to obtain before start date)
• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN or MSN preferred
• Current BLS certification (may be obtained upon hire)
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Ability to work safely at high altitude (Aspen elevation ~8,000 ft) - must be physically healthy
• 2+ years of PCU/ICU/CCU or ED experience preferred
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) preferred

Education

• Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EPIC preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to float and adapt to various clinic specialties
• Knowledge of outpatient nursing care standards and best practices
