Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional 1:1 outpatient physical therapy to a diverse orthopedic patient population
Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
Manage patient caseload with 45-minute treatment sessions and recurring schedules
Collaborate with a great team of therapists and support staff
Ensure quality patient care and positive outcomes in a community rehab setting

Qualifications

Active Colorado PT License or Compact license
BLS certification from AHA
Minimum 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Must be comfortable with 60-mile radius rule for local travel

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
Ability to manage a variety of diagnoses in a fast-paced setting
Proficient in evaluation and treatment planning
Strong interpersonal skills for patient and team interaction
