Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality telemetry monitoring and nursing care to a diverse adult-geriatric population
• Float across multiple units within Zone 3, including cardiac, neuro, oncology, ortho, rehab, and more
• Titrate heparin drips and manage common titratable drips as needed
• Collaborate with charge nurses, nursing aides, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Adapt quickly to different facility environments and patient acuities, from medical-surgical to step-down
• Participate in holiday rotation and weekend shifts to support the team

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of medical-surgical telemetry experience
• Current and valid RN license in Colorado or compact state
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Neuro experience strongly preferred
• Ability to float within a 60-mile radius zone and obtain housing that makes floating feasible
• Flexibility to work in a dynamic float pool environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills for diverse patient populations
• Experience with heparin infusion titration
• Ability to quickly adapt to new units and workflows
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort with floating across multiple facilities and care settings
