Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled settings.
Develop and implement individualized care plans to improve patient mobility, strength, and function.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
Maintain a caseload of approximately 8 patients per day, ensuring high-quality care.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate or Master's degree).
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association).
Valid North Dakota state license or ability to obtain prior to start.
Previous experience in outpatient and inpatient settings is preferred, but new graduates and those willing to train are welcome to apply.

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate or Master's degree)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
Proficiency in therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with electronic health records.
