Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide telemetry monitoring and nursing care for a diverse patient population including cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, and surgical patients
Float across multiple facilities within Zone 3 (Denver metro area) as needed
Titrate heparin drips and manage other IV medications
Collaborate with charge nurses and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively during shift handoffs

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience required
Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Prior neuro experience preferred
Ability to float within a 60-mile radius zone

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Experience with heparin titration and other titratable drips
Comfortable working in fast-paced, changing environments
Strong communication and adaptability for floating across units
