Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Friday half day)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform detailed anatomical surveys, fetal growth ultrasounds, and biophysical profiles (BPP) to assess fetal well-being
Conduct fetal echocardiograms to evaluate cardiac structure and function
Execute transvaginal and first-trimester ultrasounds for early pregnancy assessment
Provide ultrasound guidance for amniocentesis procedures
Measure umbilical artery dopplers to monitor placental function
Document findings in Viewpoint and Epic systems with accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

RDMS certification in OB/GYN (required); fetal echo certification preferred
Current BLS certification
Experience in maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) sonography is highly valued, but strong OB/GYN background works too
Proficiency with GE E10 and GE Expert 22 ultrasound systems
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle complex scans

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in OB/GYN sonography including fetal echocardiography and MFM imaging
Strong working knowledge of detailed anatomical survey protocols
Familiarity with transvaginal, first trimester, and amniocentesis guidance techniques
Proficient in Viewpoint and Epic electronic medical record systems
Ability to manage up to 10 scans daily, including complex studies
