Roles & Responsibilities

Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients with breathing disorders
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Manage ventilators and other respiratory equipment
Assist with diagnostic tests such as pulmonary function tests
Educate patients and families on respiratory care techniques
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of Utah
BLS certification required
ACLS certification preferred
Strong communication and patient care skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of respiratory therapy equipment and procedures
Patient assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in electronic medical records
Team collaboration and interpersonal skills
