Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments following physician prescriptions and treatment plans
Collaborate with radiation oncologists and medical physicists to ensure optimal patient care
Operate and maintain linear accelerators and imaging equipment with expertise
Provide compassionate support and education to patients throughout their treatment journey
Document treatment details accurately and maintain patient records
Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality assurance standards

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy required
Valid state license to practice as a Radiation Therapist in Nebraska
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in radiation therapy techniques and treatment planning systems
Knowledge of anatomy, oncology, and radiation safety principles
Familiarity with electronic medical records and scheduling software
Excellent patient interaction and customer service skills
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve technical issues
