Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with 24/7 on-call rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee clinical operations and staff in both the Cath Lab and ICU departments
Provide leadership to enhance nursing competency and foster a positive team culture
Support bedside procedures including moderate sedation and pre/post recovery care
Manage patient assignments, staffing ratios, and ensure quality patient outcomes
Participate in on-call coverage for after-hours and weekend emergencies

Qualifications

1 year of management experience in a healthcare setting
3 years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in a clinical leadership role
Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
BLS, ACLS, RCIS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required (CNO may consider candidates with most certs)

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical leadership and team building
Critical care and telemetry monitoring
Titration of vasoactive drugs and moderate sedation
Familiarity with fluoroscopy (preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
