Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine imaging and PET/CT scans with precision and care
Administer radiopharmaceuticals and monitor patients during procedures
Operate Siemens Biograph Vision and E.CAM equipment to capture high-quality images
Ensure radiation safety protocols are followed and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current BLS certification required
Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) certification required
PET/CT experience required - we can train on specific Siemens equipment
Valid driver's license and ability to meet 50-mile radius rule
DOT certification preferred (required within 90 days for extension)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in Siemens PET/CT and E.CAM systems
Strong understanding of radiation safety and ALARA principles
Excellent patient communication and comfort skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail in exam protocols and documentation
