Registered Nurse (RN) - Long Term Care (LTC)
Location: Garrison, North Dakota
Start Date: 07-06-2026
End Date: 10-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as charge nurse in a 26-bed long-term care facility
- Administer medications and perform wound care
- Oversee patient care for residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
- Collaborate with DON and on-call physician as needed
- Document care in Matrix EMR system
Qualifications
- Current RN license in North Dakota or compact state
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Previous long-term care experience required
- Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in medication administration and wound care
- Knowledge of long-term care regulations and practices
- Comfortable working independently as charge nurse
- Proficient with electronic medical records (Matrix preferred)
