Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and triage patients rapidly and accurately in the emergency setting
Provide skilled, compassionate nursing care during high-acuity situations
Stabilize and monitor patients, initiating appropriate interventions
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
Document assessments, treatments and patient responses in the medical record
Participate in continual quality improvement and patient safety efforts

Qualifications

Active RN license in New Hampshire (or compact RN able to practice in NH)
Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
Prior emergency department or acute care nursing experience preferred
Ability to perform under pressure, with strong critical thinking and prioritization
Current immunizations and any facility-specific onboarding requirements

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Emergency triage and rapid patient assessment
IV therapy, medication administration and advanced cardiac monitoring
Familiarity with trauma protocols and emergency procedures
Strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with electronic health records and accurate clinical documentation
