Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents at Harbor Hill Center
Perform accurate assessments and document findings clearly and promptly
Administer medications and treatments per facility policies and care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate excellent care
Monitor patient conditions and escalate concerns to providers when needed
Support resident safety, infection prevention, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Active RN or LPN license (applicable to the role) in good standing
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Comfortable with documentation and basic electronic health record systems
Previous experience in long-term care or similar facility settings a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and basic nursing interventions
Medication administration and safe handling
Patient safety, infection control, and regulatory awareness
Clear, timely documentation and care planning
Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy care environment
