Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures with attention to image quality and patient safety
Prepare patients for imaging, explain procedures, and ensure comfort and dignity
Operate and maintain radiology equipment following safety and operational guidelines
Collaborate with clinical team members and follow facility protocols for imaging and documentation
Assist with orientation activities as needed and participate in unit training

Qualifications

Certified/registered Rad Tech (appropriate credentialing expected for role)
Valid state licensure as required by Missouri (if applicable)
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate patient care
Comfortable working with imaging equipment and following radiation safety practices

Education

Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and imaging techniques
Familiarity with patient positioning, exposure settings, and image evaluation
Good communication and teamwork skills in a clinical setting
Basic knowledge of PACS and electronic medical record documentation
