Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered physical therapy evaluations and skilled treatments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote function and independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate excellent patient care
• Document patient progress clearly and timely to support continuity of care
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and home strategies to maximize outcomes
• Participate in orientation and team meetings to stay aligned with facility practices

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Washington (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Clinical experience in outpatient, pediatric, or orthopedic settings is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills — you’ll be part of a collaborative crew
• Ability to complete required orientation prior to direct patient care
• Clean professional background and adherence to facility policies

Education

• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy (or equivalent degree from an accredited program)
• Completion of required clinical internships

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in musculoskeletal assessment and therapeutic exercise prescription
• Familiarity with documentation best practices and electronic medical records
• Good clinical reasoning and outcome-driven treatment planning
• Comfortable educating patients and caregivers with clear, empathetic communication
• Ability to adapt treatments to a diverse patient population
• Time management skills to deliver efficient, high-quality care during shorter shifts
