Roles & Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions and progressive exercise programs
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans to maximize functional outcomes
Document care clearly and timely in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate excellent care
Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Washington or ability to obtain WA licensure
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or relevant PT degree preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Comfortable working in a team-focused clinical environment
Prior outpatient or specialty experience a plus but new grads who are eager to learn welcome

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master’s or Bachelor’s in related field considered
State PT licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in therapeutic exercise and manual therapy techniques
Ability to perform thorough musculoskeletal assessments
Proficient with patient education and home exercise prescription
Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation best practices
Good time management and ability to prioritize caseloads
