Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide patient-centered physical therapy evaluation and care tailored to each patient's needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote mobility and function
Document patient progress clearly and promptly in the medical record
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care
Educate patients and families on home programs and injury prevention
Participate in orientation and training activities to maintain high standards of care

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington or eligible to obtain WA license
Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
Comfortable working with diverse patient populations, including pediatrics if applicable
Reliable, professional, and able to collaborate in a team environment

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred, or Bachelor/Master in Physical Therapy where applicable

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional mobility training
Proficient in patient assessment, goal setting, and plan-of-care development
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with clinical documentation and electronic medical records
Ability to educate patients and caregivers clearly and compassionately
