Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: SPT (split) — 5-hour shift; specific start/end times and days not provided. Orientation required.

Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical function and design personalized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Document patient progress clearly and promptly in the medical record
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
Educate patients and families on exercises, safety and home programs
Monitor outcomes and adjust treatments to maximize patient independence

Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Washington (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain during orientation)
Comfortable with hands-on therapy and patient mobility training
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
Experience in rehab or long-term care is a plus

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or relevant Physical Therapy degree
State licensure in Physical Therapy (Washington) required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and mobility training
Familiarity with documentation and electronic medical records
Ability to assess functional mobility and implement safe interventions
Good patient education and motivational skills
Solid understanding of safety and infection control procedures
