Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide skilled physical therapy evaluations and evidence-based treatments
Develop individualized care plans and set measurable patient goals
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team at Shriners to optimize outcomes
Document patient progress accurately and maintain clear clinical records
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to stay current with best practices
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs

Qualifications

Current Washington state Physical Therapist license required
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Bachelor's in Physical Therapy considered
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required or obtained upon hire
Willingness to work the scheduled 5-hour shifts and attend orientation
Ability to pass required background checks and meet facility immunization policies
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
Active Physical Therapy license in Washington required

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and functional training
Excellent clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
Strong documentation and time-management skills
Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Experience with pediatric or outpatient populations is a plus
