Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical abilities and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapy and instruct therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and function
Document patient progress accurately and timely in the medical record
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and caregivers to coordinate comprehensive care
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington state, or eligible to obtain Washington licensure
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program (DPT preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
Comfortable working in outpatient or specialty clinical settings; prior experience a plus
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain prior to start

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Masters or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy accepted

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in patient assessment and clinical reasoning
Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise prescription
Familiarity with documentation practices and electronic medical records
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Good time management and prioritization in a busy clinical environment
