Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans that restore function and independence
Deliver hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise with skill and compassion
Document patient progress clearly and timely in the electronic medical record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate high-quality care
Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, injury prevention, and long-term mobility
Participate in orientation and ongoing training to maintain clinical excellence

Qualifications

Current, unrestricted Washington State Physical Therapist license required
Valid BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain during orientation)
PT experience in outpatient settings preferred; experience with pediatrics or orthopedics a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with families and interdisciplinary teams
Reliable, professional, and committed to patient-centered care

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master's in Physical Therapy considered
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in therapeutic exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques
Solid clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Comfortable with documentation and EMR systems
Ability to instruct patients and caregivers clearly and empathetically
Knowledge of outpatient rehabilitation practices and safety protocols
