Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients thoroughly and develop individualized treatment plans that make a measurable difference
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to restore mobility and function
• Document patient progress clearly and communicate outcomes with the care team
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists to deliver coordinated care
• Educate patients and families on home programs and strategies to support recovery
• Participate in orientation and training activities to maintain high-quality care standards
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment that fosters healing

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Washington state or eligible for licensure
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent clinical training
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to pass required background and credentialing checks

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in musculoskeletal assessment and therapeutic exercise prescription
• Knowledge of therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques
• Comfortable using electronic medical records for documentation
• Patient education and family-centered care approaches
• Time management and caseload prioritization skills
• Collaborative interdisciplinary communication
