Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess patients thoroughly and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions with compassion and expertise
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Document progress clearly and timely in the patient record
Educate patients and families on goals, home programs, and safety
Participate in orientation and training to maintain consistent, high-quality care

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Washington (or eligible to obtain one)
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or Master's)
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment and manual therapy skills
Experience with pediatric or orthopedic populations preferred
Ability to pass background checks and any required health screenings

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; state licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
Skilled in patient education and family-centered care
Comfortable with electronic medical records and documentation best practices
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of rehab modalities, manual techniques, and therapeutic exercise
