Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' mobility, strength, and functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans
Deliver hands-on therapy and guided exercises to help patients regain independence and function
Document patient progress clearly and timely in the medical record
Communicate regularly with the interdisciplinary team and patients' families to coordinate care
Participate in orientation activities and contribute to a welcoming environment for new teammates

Qualifications

Current Washington State Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Comfortable working in a clinical rehab environment; prior rehab experience is a plus

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred; Master's or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy or related field acceptable

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in physical therapy assessment and therapeutic interventions
Familiarity with rehabilitation protocols, adaptive equipment, and assistive devices
Competence with documentation and electronic medical records
Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
Good time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
