Candidate Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered physical therapy evaluation and treatment
Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessment
Document patient progress accurately and timely in the medical record
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and home programs
Participate in orientation and training activities as required by the facility

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Washington state or ability to obtain one
Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain it
Excellent communication skills and a patient-focused attitude
Comfortable with accurate documentation and basic electronic medical records
Ability to complete facility orientation

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in conducting evaluations and creating evidence-based treatment plans
Knowledge of therapeutic modalities, manual techniques, and therapeutic exercise
Strong clinical reasoning and patient education skills
Ability to work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and rehab team members
Time management and organizational skills to handle caseload efficiently
